Practical AI skills, personal guidance, and real projects that help young people take their next step into work, education, or entrepreneurship.
We're inviting you to bring a supported pathway — from learning to meaningful work — to the rural communities you serve.
Young people in rural regions face limited local pathways into meaningful work.
AI skills training paired with applied projects gives participants something concrete to show — and a clearer sense of what's possible for them.
When young people can build a future locally, communities grow stronger. This program is designed to keep talent home.
Skills grow stronger when learners can see possibilities for themselves. We pair practical training with support for confidence, overwhelm, and taking the next manageable step.
Participants explore local needs, practice collaboration, and create work that contributes to their communities with the new skills we equip them with.
Local partners will recruit participants; Cre8ive Origins will provide instruction, coaching, and guided projects.
Build a portfolio that shows real work examples — for a next step into work, further education, or entrepreneurship.

An entrepreneur accelerator that will equip residents with the skills, AI support, and knowledge needed to know what it takes to start at home childcare businesses and decide if that's right for them while also working towards the solution of Oregon's childcare deserts.
Final pricing and what each option includes will be agreed before enrollment. Stipends and dual credit are being explored through partnerships, not through Cre8ive Origins.
We'd like to support efforts to bring in braided resources across the community, including workforce, philanthropy, economic development, education partners, corporate sponsorships, and community organizations.
Cohort experience and partner feedback shape how the program develops. Each cohort informs the next.

Create. Inspire. Serve.
Early results from two WorkForce Central cohorts: participants have built courses (some with sales), websites, an app, an ebook, two consulting businesses.
We welcome input on pacing, accessibility, and support needs. The model includes:
A private space for participants to share projects and build connections across regions.
Instructors share resources and strengthen delivery with founder check-ins.
Work sessions with Shannon to move projects forward and recognize progress.
Guided AI software with 7 AI coworker supporting every step of business creation. Secondarily, an AI Shannon is underway as a 24/7 support based on all of Shannon's trainings, background, and experience.
Together, we can expand opportunities for rural young people and strengthen local capacity over time. We're inviting you to help shape a partnership that grows with the communities it serves.
The following cohort windows are proposed for planning purposes only. Dates, partners, and participant counts are subject to agreement.
Graduates of AI Professional Foundations who apply and meet participation standards. Capacity and available funding will also be factors.
A computer and reliable internet connection. A technology fee covers access to AI tools used in the program.
Both are being explored. Neither is currently guaranteed.
